On January 26, 2019, the victim’s residence was burglarized. DNA evidence was left at the scene, which was analyzed and matched with that of wanted suspect Jason Michael Martinez, according to the SAPD.
The case was submitted to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office who filed an arrest warrant against him. Martinez is a 42-year-old transient who frequents the City of Santa Ana.
