Santa Ana Haz Mat Incident Update: The OCFA’s Haz Mat Team has ran multiple tests and determined the substance to be not dangerous, according to their Twitter page.
O.C. Health will be releasing the building, at 701 W. Santa Ana Blvd., back to the DHS.
Local adjoining streets have been closed much of the afternoon.
