Advisory: UPDATE: CRITICAL MISSING 13 YEAR OLD LOCATED INSIDE ANAHEIM CHURCH

Child was located inside an Anaheim church save and sound. He is being returned to his family

On Thursday, 3/9/17, at 3:53 pm, officers responded to a critical missing call. Anthony Gálvez, a 13 year old boy, with a mental capacity of a 5 year old, walked away from his residence in the 600 block of N. Jenkins. He was last seen in the area of 300 N. Euclid Way. Officers coordinated a grid search with marked units and OCSD airship Duke.

Missing Anthony Gálvez was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue sweat pants with stripes on the side, grey and orange Sketchers shoes. Gálvez got on an OCTA bus in Santa Ana and got off the bus at Katella/Euclid in the city of Anaheim. SAPD officers are currently working with Anaheim PD as they continue their search.
