Community: The City of Santa invites you to a community meeting Regarding the Metro East Mixed Use Overlay Zone Expansion

The Metro East Mixed Use (MEMU) overlay zone (shown in red) permits mixed-use urban development. The City of Santa Ana is proposing to expand the overlay zone to the west (shown in blue).

Please come and share your thoughts and ideas about the expansion of the overlay zone. At the meeting, we will provide general information, answer questions and solicit input on the overlay.
