On the other hand if this is the Congressional District's holiday open house that might be a issue. Regarding Assemblyman Van Tran, I had a repair guy at my house. He is of Vietnamese heritge and lives in Little Saigon. He said he would vote for Loretta because her not being Vietnamese gave her greater freedom to negoiate with the Vietnamese government. He thought Van Tran's being of Vietnamese origin was a disadvantage regarding issues in Vietnam. If tonight’s event is a reception/fundraiser then it doesn’t matter what the price of admission is.
